A Poem – Monsoons

The winds start to blow,
The trees start to sing,
The blackish clouds gather around,
And it starts raining, when I’d just blink!

The monsoons are finally here,
This is my favourite weather.
All things, dark!
Yes, I like that better!

Nostalgia floods back to me,
All the memories from the time I was a child.
There is this one particular song,
That is always on my mind.

During these days I remember the time I was small,
Roaming around, sliding through the water in my house,
It was fun after all!
Now I miss it all!
