Blunder of the clouds

Pitter patter, pitter patter
come down the raindrops
fighting among themselves, how to finish the game.
The fight is intense which starts from above,
fighting for the best form to reach the ground first.
One would want to be a snow flake
The other a rain drop, some ice cubes of different shapes

The other "yes sir" doing whatever the leader would say,
Some would be too lazy or too cold to even get up.
They fight and fight until they finally make the cloud mad
and in anger it throws them on the ground.
And the overly energetic drops unknowing to what happened
find themselves finally absorbed in the soil.
