Dazzling Flavours

From Kashmir to Kanyakumari,
From Kutch to Arunachal Pradesh,
We have tons-tons of flavours
Which can be seen on plates.
From aaloo-parantha to French-fries,
From pakoras to cutlets,

Our India has accepted all of them with a big heart and plate,
But of course, how can we not give them our Indian touch.
From idli-sambhar to puri-sabji,
From dal-bati-churma to sandesh,
We have dozens-dozens of items on our menu list,
But still, we do not hesitate to add one more plate!
