culinary speciality.
From the spicy and savoury to the sweet and milky, there is a dish for every taste
and mood in this country.
Steaming hot dosas on our plate, accompanied by chutney, an ideal mate.
Or fluffy idlis, soft as a cloud, served with sambar, delicious and proud.
Piping hot paranthas, stuffed with delight, served with curd and pickle, a perfect
bite.

And how can we forget the ever popular poori, with sabzi or pickle, a
leisure to eat, an unexplained theory.
The delicate poha, sweet or savoury, served with a sprinkle of sev, just heavenly.
And to complete the spread in style, a cup of masala chai to sip with a smile.
These delights, so varied and divine, a breakfast of India; Oh so fine!
