Just a Dream
I had a dream last night,
Full of riddles, I tried to get them right.
The King of Neverland asked me those.
He said, “If you want to enter Neverland kindly pay the fee.”
I asked him, “What will the amount be?’’
He said, “I’ll ask you a few riddles, answer them and I’ll count.”
There were few clowns around, wearing funny masks.
He asked, “What’s heavier a ton of bricks or a ton of feathers?”
I exclaimed joyfully, “Bricks will be the answer!”
The clowns laughed at me, they called me a silly girl.

The King laughed and said “Neither of them. They both weigh a ton.”
How stupid of me. I asked, “Can I get a second chance?”
The King replied, “This shall be the last one, I’ll ask.”
He asked “Tell me her name, who is splashing water on your face?”
“That would be your Mum,” a voice shouted.
“Get up lazy, go get your work done”.
I woke up with a smile on my face,
“Who would be splashing water on me,” I mumbled.
“It’s your Mother!” she exclaimed angrily.
