Over the sky
Over the horizon, lighting the sky, lighting the world
sits the lonely mother ready to embrace the world.
Shedding her tears, exerting her energy to blossom
her child, our world. Diversely sitting on our armchairs
drinking tea and coffee, eating snacks, joking around,
polluting the environment, harming, mocking our mother
we sit peacefully enjoying her tears, for gifting her creations.
She sheds her tears in the form of rain drops waiting to feel at home
but the cycle goes on though we forget, ignore her; she keeps on proving
that she will always be here for us.
