Red as a Woman
Mushrooming in the garden like sunlight with thorns here
and bushes there, reflecting the beauty of the heavens
and the fierceness of a strong wilful woman ,stands
in peace, chivalry and love, a red rose full of gratitude.
The reddish glow of a lover's heart, the petals, the fragrance,
the thorns and bushes all add up and provides the universe
a perfect masterpiece, an image of a woman's heart and mind.
Just like a rose, women are over brimmed with beauty,
compassion, intelligence, love and wilfulness, but thou
must take caution cause like petals they are soft and smooth
but when thou try and pluck 'em they are ready to leave
the cruel hand in distress!
