Self Love
Nowadays, people with packed schedules have forgotten to appreciate themselves, which is called ‘self care’. We all have indulged ourselves in some kind of work whether it be school work, household chores, pending homework or anything else which leaves us incapable of looking after ourselves. We keep on procrastinating which at the end results in a huge blunder and tension, that deteriorates and affects our mental as well as physical health. Eventually, people start self- doubting, they get unsure about the work they are doing and start judging their own ability. Therefore one should not be very harsh on themselves so that they forget about themselves and moreover get detached from their loved ones which makes them feel deserted.

One should have a conversation with one self frequently because that makes them more optimistic and confident. No matter what anybody says at the end of the day, the only impression that matters to one is one's own impression.
As the month of February celebrates love, let us celebrate ‘self love'. Stand in front of the mirror and look at yourself with a broad smile on your face and say to yourself ,‘How beautiful I am!’
