We Are Women
We are women,
Carrying the world within our hearts,
Loving the stars' gaze,
We may begin with fits and starts.
Bleeding under the scorching sun,
Yet never tired, never undone.
We are women,
Nurturers, sharers, strong and bold,
Dismissed as gossips, but our hearts hold
The art of sharing and being daring,
In every moment, always caring.

We are women,
We cry, we speak, we don't hide the truth,
In our worst, we find our youth.
They may mock, but we stand tall,
In our strength, we conquer all.
We are women,
Actions speak louder than words, it's true,
We do what's right without ado.
They may claim credit, but we know,
With our grace we hold together the show.
Oh! Darling, we are women,
Even from the death bed, we can rise,
Defying odds, reaching for the skies!
